Our company does not perform any work involving the removal, disturbance, or remediation of lead-based paint unless carried out by contractors who are properly trained, certified, and licensed under the EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule and applicable New York State Department of Health regulations.
We strictly adhere to all safety and compliance requirements to protect our workers, clients, and the public. If a project is found to involve lead paint or materials that require certified handling, J&N Cleanup Co. will refer the client to a licensed lead abatement professional before any further cleaning or removal work begins.
